'agata, cbs news, glasgow, scotland. >>> the obama administration says its health care website has improved but more work is needed. the administration set a december 1st deadline to fix the troubled website. health and human services officials said the worst of the glifrps and delays may be over. susan mcginnis is in washington with the details. susan, good morning. >> anne-marie, good morning. it was two months ago that healthcare.gov opened for business. since then with too many glitches and crashes and bugs to count, the site became an em barmt to the white house. well, now, after a massive reworking, the administration says the site will work for most of the people most of the time. the government estimates more than 800,000 people will now be able to shop for insurance coverage every day. more than 50,000 people can log on to the website at one time. the administration's chief trouble shooter says the difference is like night and day from the website's disastrous startup. >> we have a much more stable system that's reliable open for business, and that's important because at the end of

their backs on president obama. according to a new poll resalessed by harvard's -- released by harvard university, 52% of voters under the age of 25 would recall the president. 40% of 25 to 29-year-olds say they would recall the president. mill lean yams are not too fond of congress either. 52% would recall every single member. >>> all right, there's going to be another recount in virginia eastern general race. democrat mark herring has a 165 vote edge over republican mark ouabain shane in the closest statewide race in virginia history. a richmond judge set aside dember 16th and 17th for the officials to tally the votes again. he requested the recount which will be done at taxpayer expense. >>> the man accused of killing a tsa officer and wounding three others at los angeles international airport is being held without bail tonight. a judge issued the order in the case of paul ciancia just a few hours ago and the judge says he is a flight risk and a danger to the community. the 23-year-old is charged with first degree murder in the shooting death of gerardo hernandez at l. a. x. back on
